Design Guidelines
- Thread Colors: over 500 colors spanning the entire
rainbow, and including metallic, rayon, silk, polyester, etc. (maximum of
12 different colors on a single design)
- Line width
Minimum 5 pts (or 1/16")
- Text Size
Minimum 36 pts (or ¼")
- Baseball Cap
Front area 3½" wide by 3½" high.
Side area (names) 3" wide by 1" high.
Back area (small logo) 1½" wide by 1½" high
- Preferred applications: Adobe Illustrator or Corel
Draw
- Unacceptable applications: Microsoft Word, Publisher,
Excel
- Preferred file format: vector graphics EPS
(encapsulated postscript) without any embedded bitmapped graphics
- Accepted file formats: WMF (windows meta file), PDF
(adobe acrobat), JPEG (150 dpi minimum)
- Unacceptable file formats: BMP or GIF are
unacceptable
